What Is Endoscopy?

Endoscopy is a minimally invasive way of being able to view parts of the body using a scope with a camera attached. Here at North Shore Veterinary Specialist Centre, we have the latest equipment to be able to perform endoscopy and record videos, looking at body systems such as the gastro-intestinal tract and respiratory tract. This method of investigation allows our highly skilled medicine team to be able to make diagnoses, take samples and therefore treat certain conditions and diseases accordingly without the need to perform invasive surgery.
