Dr Stephanie Gan

Stef earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Sydney and began her veterinary career in general practice. However, after a brief stint in general practice, she decided to explore emergency and critical care medicine, where she now focuses her clinical work.

Prior to becoming a veterinarian, her love of animals led to volunteering at Taronga Zoo on weekends, where she assisted with behavioural observations and environmental enrichment for a range of species.

Outside of work, Stef enjoys spending time with her cats, catching up with friends over a great meal, and exploring the outdoors.
