Specialist in Diagnostic Imaging
Sarah is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Radiology, having successfully completed her board examinations in September, 2009. Sarah graduated from the University of Sydney in 2003.
After completing a small animal rotating internship at the Adelaide Veterinary Specialist Centre in Adelaide she moved to Columbus, Ohio, to complete an internship at The Ohio State University, Veterinary Teaching Hospital. Following this internship she was accepted into a 4 year residency program at the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine, in Blacksburg, Virginia. She completed her residency program in July, 2010.
She has a special interest in musculoskeletal imaging. Her Masters research involved investigating the use of thyroid scintigraphy in horses. She is happy to be back in Australia and be closer to her family. She brought a new member of the family back with her, her now 9 year old black Labrador, Daisy-Mae and has since adopted Ruby, her Cavalier who is now 4 years of age.
