Specialist in Diagnostic Imaging

Juan graduated from La Plata University, Argentina with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine in 1999. In 2002 Juan immigrated to Australia where he has been practicing since, and has become a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists (Radiology Chapter). Juan is actively involved in clinical and academic research, providing services to private and academic institutions and teaching in veterinary diagnostic imaging at Sydney University.
Juan’s main areas of interest include small animal and equine musculoskeletal imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and nuclear medicine. He is also passionate about the integration of novel imaging techniques and applications for the benefit of his patients. Ultimately, Juan enjoys every aspect of clinical diagnostic imaging.
He currently resides in Australia with his wife and two daughters, and enjoys all forms of sports, in particular soccer, polo and rugby union.
