Consultations are by appointment from 9.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and are for 30 minutes.
Weekend appointments and appointments outside these hours may be arranged. Your specialist will endeavour to answer your telephone enquiries immediately, or will return your call as quickly as possible if detained with a procedure.
The referring veterinarian will also be contacted on the day of the referral following initial examination. Please ensure all relevant telephone numbers are provided to the receptionist.
